Offline gives attention but no data. Digital gives data but low intent. That gap felt broken. Initially, we explored QR-led interactions, but quickly realized the real problem wasn’t access - it was lack of meaningful engagement. That led us to Micro-Gigs - short, interactive tasks where users actively engage with brands instead of passively seeing ads.
