OnSkillDemand
AI-assisted structured hiring, from vacancy to report
OnSkillDemand turns each vacancy into a structured, evidence-based hiring workflow across iOS and Android. Build role-aware interview rounds, generate and edit questions, add candidates, capture notes and ratings, and create shareable reports. AI helps interviewers move beyond generic prompts with questions that reveal how candidates reason, solve problems, and apply their skills. AI supports preparation and organization; interviewers review the evidence and make every hiring decision.
Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Yurii, the founder and developer of OnSkillDemand.
I built it because interviews are often spread across job descriptions, documents, notes, spreadsheets, and disconnected scorecards. This makes preparation slower and evaluations harder to compare.
OnSkillDemand connects the workflow around each vacancy:
• Create the vacancy and define the required skills
• Generate editable, role-aware interview rounds and questions
• Add candidates and conduct structured interviews
• Capture notes and ratings consistently
• Generate and share decision-ready reports
AI assists with preparation, organization, and reporting. It does not make hiring decisions—interviewers review the evidence and remain in control.
The app is now publicly available on iOS and Android. We are working with external testers from different companies and freelance backgrounds, whose feedback is helping us improve onboarding, candidate creation, localization, and the overall workflow.
We are also open to partnerships with companies, recruitment agencies, and independent recruiters. Depending on the organization’s needs, we can:
• Adapt OnSkillDemand into a tailored recruitment workflow or internal hiring system
• Help design structured interview processes for specific roles
• Conduct structured interviews for a company’s candidates and deliver consistent, professional evaluation reports
These partnership and interview-service options complement the self-service app and allow us to support organizations with more specialized hiring requirements.
I would especially appreciate feedback on the first-time experience, how well the workflow matches real hiring processes, and which features or integrations would make OnSkillDemand more useful for your team.
If you are interested in testing OnSkillDemand with a real vacancy or discussing a partnership, I would be happy to connect.
Thank you for taking a look!

Who hunted OnSkillDemand?
OnSkillDemand was hunted by Yurii Kaplunov. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
