Sending one email to two people got me back a single, useless answer: somebody opened it.
I wanted to know which one. Not for a sales reason, just to know if the person I actually needed to hear from had seen it. Every tracker I found either couldn't say, one message to a group is one open count, or wanted to read my whole mailbox to fix that. I didn't want to hand over read access to my mail to answer a question that small.
So I built Onmindo: it sends a separate copy to each person on the list, so the answer names one of them instead of just saying someone.
It grew from there: templates, signatures, scheduled sends that fire from the server so my laptop can be closed, sequences, and follow-ups that Claude drafts into my Gmail drafts folder in my own voice, and a booking page on my own Google Calendar. Everything sends through my own Gmail account.
I run this alone. It's free today, and I've published what it will cost later so I'm honest about the plan from day one. Happy to answer anything, including the permission questions.
