The Story Behind OneQR 12 years ago, on a bus in Pakistan, I asked my father: "Why does everyone keep calling you?" He replied, "They're travelling to another city for work. They need to know where to go, where to stay, where to eat, and what to do." My father lost his parents at 15. His work took him across cities. Before every journey, he wrote everything in a register routes, stays, food, contacts. I watched him for years. I never knew I'd face the same problem. Years later, I earned an Erasmus Mundus scholarship and moved between France, Italy, and Germany. Suddenly, I understood. Every trip meant pages of planning transport, stays, things to do, cancellations, starting over. Sometimes 4–5 pages before a journey even began. That frustration sparked a question: Why are we still planning travel like this? A conversation between a father and son became an idea. For 345 days, I have been building and testing it. 339 handwritten pages. 412 conversations. 4 diaries. 77 hours asking one question: "Am I solving a real problem?" I even lost 4 kg along the way. And honestly? The journey hasn't always gone my way. Today, that idea becomes real. OneQR has hit 7,088 page views in 17days, with people already active across the US, Germany, France, Italy, and Canada This is the prototype for your testing.
