OneNote2Notion
OneNote to Notion in 3 clicks, all formatting intact
OneNote2Notion moves your OneNote notes to Notion in 3 clicks — no scripts, no API keys. Rich text, nested lists, tables, images and handwritten ink all survive the move. Tree selection with live cost preview; real-time progress; auto-retry on failures. Read-only OAuth, notes deleted after migration, credentials expire in 3 days. 20 pages free, then $0.007/page. https://www.llm-notebook.com/onenote2notion/
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built OneNote2Notion out of personal frustration: I'd been wanting to move to Notion for the databases and Notion AI for over a year, but every migration attempt died on formatting. Copy-paste wrecked my tables. The script-based tools needed a CS degree. I ended up building the thing myself — and making it simple.
The two decisions that shaped it:
1. Publish the format comparisons. We put six before/after pairs on the homepage so you can judge for yourself before spending a single page of quota. That's the whole pitch.
2. Make privacy structural, not a promise. Read-only OAuth, data deleted after migration, credentials that self-destruct in 3 days. We didn't want to ask anyone to "just trust us."
A few honest notes:
- Free tier = 20 pages, enough to throw your messiest notebook at it
- We only do one-time, high-quality batch migration — no realtime two-way sync (that's a different product)
- Handwritten ink converts to images; extremely complex layouts may differ slightly, so give ink-heavy notes a quick check
Happy to answer any questions in the comments — especially if you've got a gnarly notebook you think can't survive the move. We like those. 🚀
