Hi Product Hunt 👋 I started building OneLess Pomodoro because I wanted a focus timer that cared more about the time I actually spent focusing than whether I completed a predefined session. If I planned to focus for 50 minutes but stopped after 32, those 32 minutes still mattered to me. I didn't want them treated as an incomplete or failed session. That became the main idea behind OneLess: record the time you actually focus and rest, then build goals and reports around that real usage. I also wanted the timer to stay flexible, so you can use classic Pomodoro sessions or create your own focus/break routines and presets. This is the first tool I've built for No Pay Just Use, and I'm still refining the experience. I'd especially love feedback on two things: 1. Does tracking actual focus time feel more useful than tracking completed sessions? 2. What would make you come back to a focus timer regularly? Thanks for checking it out.
