On Cue

A teleprompter that scrolls when you talk, not on a timer

On Cue is a teleprompter for iPhone and iPad that follows your voice instead of a fixed scroll speed. On-device speech recognition tracks what you're saying against your script - pause and it waits, skip a line and it catches up, paraphrase and it doesn't lose you. Record with the front camera while the script overlays the preview, or flip on Mirror mode for teleprompter-glass rigs. $0.99, one time. No subscription, no account, no data leaves your device.

Top comment

Hey PH — built this after getting frustrated with teleprompter apps that either scroll at a fixed WPM you have to chase, or charge a subscription for what's fundamentally a text view with a timer. Happy to answer anything about the voice-tracking approach or the rig-mirroring math (that one had more edge cases than I expected).
