I built OmniTools (105 client-side utilities) using AI. It costs me basically $0 to host, but I’m looking for honest advice on how to actually turn this into a profitable project.
Display ads feel like a low-revenue dead end for dev tools. For those of you who have monetized utility sites or free tools before:
1. What business model actually works here? (Sponsorships, paid API/embeds, desktop version, pro tier?)
