OIO
Your whole client business behind one login
Leads, projects, tickets, chat, contracts, invoices and the money, all wired to each other. The invoice knows its project. The ticket knows its client. Your client logs into the same place and sees only their side. Built by a freelancer who was sick of five apps.

Who hunted OIO?
OIO was hunted by Damian Bishop. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community. Hi, I'm Damian. Automotive designer, freelancing since 2014, small remote team.
I built OIO because my projects lived in one app, invoices in another, files somewhere else, and clients saw none of it without me sending screenshots. Stuff got lost constantly. Deadlines, budgets, invoices I forgot to send.
So now it's one app. A lead becomes a client, the client gets a project, the project has its tickets, files, chat and calendar, and the invoice that comes out of it knows what's still owed. Clients get their own login and only see their side. Seats are included in the plan, so inviting someone doesn't change what you pay.
It's in beta. Telling me where it doesn't fit how you work helps me way more than compliments. I'm here all day.
Free to try, code OIO-BETA gives you 3 months on any plan.
