Offy
Plan your day. Offy keeps your phone out of the way.
Offy is a day planner that keeps your phone out of the way. Write what today is for, give a task a time, and Offy blocks distracting apps for that window, even when it's closed. Daily limits, sleep hours and focus sessions included. No account.
I'm Jakub, and I built Offy because every screen-time app I tried treated my phone as the problem and my day as an afterthought. I'd block TikTok, then open Instagram. What actually helped was remembering what the day was for.
So Offy starts from the plan:
Write your day like a note: tasks, headings, lists.
Give a task a time ("9:30-11 Presentation") and Offy blocks the apps you choose for that window. Tick the task off and the block ends.
Limits by minutes or by the hours: "Social: 30 min a day", "Sleep: 22:00–7:00".
Focus sessions of any length, blocking only what you pick (so the marketer can keep Instagram).
When time's up, the block reminds you of today's task instead of shaming you.
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no server.
It's free. I'd love to hear what you'd block first, and what would make you trust an app like this with your Screen Time. 🙏
