I'm Namho, the maker of OFFLIGHT. I’m thrilled to finally show you the tool we dreamed of building.
🤔 Why did we build this?
OFFLIGHT was born from a deep hatred for copy-pasting. Does this workflow sound familiar? You see a message → go to your task manager to create a to-do → then to do the work, you copy-paste the context into ChatGPT or Gemini. An endless, inefficient loop.
I hated it. I wanted to build a true, end-to-end, AI-native Task Execution tool where you digest incoming messages with an AI, make decisions in a seamless flow, create context-rich tasks that are auto-planned, and when it's time, just hit 'Execute' because the AI already knows everything.
✨ So, how does OFFLIGHT work?
1. Triage with AI: Go beyond just finding tasks. Understand the essence of every incoming message with your AI co-pilot to make decisions on the spot. Then, create a context-rich task with a single click.
2. Living Auto-Plan: Tasks are automatically scheduled based on your calendar, priority, deadlines, and time estimates. If plans change? Your schedule updates in real-time, automatically.
3. Task Execution: Your to-do list is no longer a dead, dumb list. For a task like 'Reply to email,' you don't switch tools. You hit 'Execute' right within OFFLIGHT. The context-aware AI drafts the reply, all under your monitoring. Task management is the past. Task execution is the future.
4. A Seamless, Keyboard-First UX: We refused to compromise on UX just because we're an AI product. Inspired by tools like Superhuman and Linear, we've designed a beautiful and elegant experience where you control everything with your keyboard—no mouse needed. It's built for speed and flow.
