Last year I was 12 weeks into a layoff, sending 60 CVs a week across 4 different versions. A recruiter from a top-choice company called and asked about my profile. I had no idea which version they were holding. My job search at that point was a Sheet with 80 rows, broken filters, and four CVs in Drive named "v3-final-final-FINAL". I made up an answer. They never called back.
I quit looking for that job and started building OfferFlow instead.
The product is a job search CRM. The part that mattered most to me: version history per application — every CV I send is linked to the job, the date, the contact, so when anyone calls I pull up exactly what they're holding.
On top of that: a kanban board for the pipeline, a job timeline (every call, email, doc chronologically per role), and a contacts mini-CRM so you stop re-introducing yourself to the same internal recruiter at month two.
It's not a "land your dream job" platform. There's no AI agent applying for you. It's just plumbing for serious job search workflows — for the 80th application, not the first.
5 weeks public: 16 sign-ups, 7 resumes built, 4 jobs tracked across users, still looking for the first paying customer.
