As a Senior Product Manager, my days are spent managing stakeholders, keeping engineering teams moving, and defining strategy.
By the end of the day, my brain is still working at 100 mph. I find my chaotic work days difficult to turn off from to be present in whatever I'm doing, should that be working out (gym), playing sports, spending time with my wife or friends.
This is where I had my lightbulb moment 💡
I can't be the only one who struggles to switch off from work at the end of the day.
Being a Product Manager, I felt that I had everything necessary to build an app to solve my problem, and hopefully other peoples to.
