During pandemic, I received an email from meetup that I have to pay around $300 to manage a group on it, which was not even active from last 12 months.
So I reached out to their support, asking if I can pause the subscription and restart it later. Or just close it down. Received no reply for 15 days.
By that time I received at least 10 emails from their billing department, asking me to pay or else they will assign my group to someone else. 🤷♀️
