Octelligence
The only cap table tool with a real corporate records book
Built Octelligence because I kept seeing the same gap: cap table software handles the cap table, then leaves your minute book, certificates, and resolutions in a shared drive. We put all of it in one structured platform: verifiable certificates, SAFE conversion, A/B scenarios, multi-entity governance, and a real minute book. Strong Canadian, US, and UK jurisdiction support. Free for one corporation; paid from $19/mo. What's the messiest part of your corporate setup right now?
Hey Product Hunt,
We started Octelligence because the gap between a cap table and a real corporate record kept showing up in every conversation I had.
Most cap table software does exactly what it says: manages the cap table. Everything else stays in a shared drive somewhere. Your minute book is a folder of PDFs. Your share certificates live in an email thread. Your registers and resolutions are scattered across Google Docs.
The result: cap tables drift from the share register. Certificates don't match the cap table. Counsel asks for a complete corporate record package during diligence and someone's weekend gets eaten.
Octelligence keeps all of it in one structured system. Every issuance, transfer, SAFE conversion, and option grant flows from the same share register that backs your certificates. The minute book is real, not a folder. Share certificates carry QR-verified public links so banks, auditors, and counsel can verify them without an account.
We're focused on Canadian and US private corporations (with strong UK support) because that's where the dual-jurisdiction headache hits hardest. Most US-built tools treat Canada as an afterthought.
What's included:
- Structured corporate records (real minute book, not a file folder)
- QR-verified share certificates with public verification pages
- Cap table with SAFEs, stock options, warrants
- Multi-round A/B scenarios and batch SAFE conversion
- Multi-entity management for holdcos
- Portfolio licensing for law and accounting firms
Free for one corporation. Paid plans from $19/mo.
What I'd love from this community:
- If you're a founder: where does your corporate setup currently break? What lives in too many places?
- If you've used Carta, Pulley, Mantle, or Cake Equity: what made you stay or switch?
- What would you want a cap table tool to do that none of them do today?
Honest feedback over upvotes. Happy to dig into anything in the comments.
