Oche: Darts Caller & Scorer
A darts scorer whose caller says every player's name
Oche keeps score for 501, 301, 701 and Cricket, for 1 to 8 players at home or in the pub. Its caller announces each visit, the checkout when one is on, and every player's first name. If it gets a name wrong, you spell it the way it sounds. The voice runs on the phone: no microphone, nothing recorded. No account, works offline. Every game mode is free, with ads only between games; Premium removes them and adds full history, averages over time and a checkout trainer.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm the solo developer behind Oche, building apps from France. Oche started with darts nights at home where nobody wanted to keep the chalk. Scoring apps exist, but I wanted the feel of a match on TV: a caller who announces every score, every checkout and everyone's first name ("Game shot, and the leg, Emma!"). A few choices I care about: - Everything you need to play is free: 501, 301, 701 and Cricket, up to 8 players. - No account, and it works offline. The voice runs on the phone, with no microphone and nothing recorded. - If the caller mangles a name, you type it the way it sounds. - At the end of a game, the other players scan a QR code to see their stats, no app needed. The darts World Championship starts in December, the season when most people play at home. I'd love your feedback, especially on the caller's voice and on what's missing for league nights.
