We started NUSBE with a simple question: why is high-quality recovery still so dependent on time, manpower, and expensive one-to-one treatments? From operating wellness businesses, we saw the same problem repeatedly. People wanted more consistent recovery, while operators struggled with therapist capacity, service consistency, customer retention, and the cost of scaling to more locations. That led us to build NUSBE around AI Deep Thermal Therapy — combining intelligent recovery technology with a platform that helps operators deliver a more standardized and scalable recovery experience. But while building it, our thinking evolved. We realized that simply putting a robotic system into more locations was not enough. The bigger opportunity was to build the infrastructure around recovery itself. So NUSBE is evolving into an ecosystem connecting recovery locations, members, coaches, communities, events and brands. We’re building things like the NUSBE Passport, Recovery Credits, community partnerships and sponsored recovery so that people can discover, access and return to recovery more naturally. One of the biggest lessons during development has been that technology alone doesn’t create a network — the business model, incentives, distribution and user experience all have to work together. We’re still early, and this launch represents the beginning rather than the finished product.
