I'm a solo developer and I built Number Duel because I wanted a quick math game that feels like a real strategy game, not a flashcard quiz.
The idea: instead of drilling arithmetic problems, you USE arithmetic to control a board. Pick numbers, combine them to hit targets, and claim cells. The math is the mechanism — the real game is about controlling space and blocking your opponent.
Fifteen Duel is my favorite mode. It looks like a simple "pick numbers that add to 15" game, but it's secretly tic-tac-toe played on a magic square. Once you see the pattern, it changes how you think about numbers entirely.
