We built Nullroot because onchain privacy shouldn't require choosing between surveillance and sanction-baiting mixers.
Every transaction you make with a public wallet is a permanent, searchable record of your finances. The existing answers were unscreened mixers — which keep ending up sanctioned, exploited, or shut down, taking honest users' privacy with them.
Nullroot is the third option: a zero-knowledge privacy pool where every deposit is screened against OFAC sanctions lists at the protocol level. Sanctioned funds never enter the pool, so legitimate users get real privacy: deposit publicly, withdraw privately, with a ZK proof that verifies membership in the screened set without revealing which deposit is yours. It's live on Robinhood Chain mainnet today — ETH and USDG pools, 0% deposit fee.
We're the builders and we'd genuinely love your feedback, especially from people outside crypto: does "screened privacy" make sense as a concept? What's confusing about the flow? Where would you not trust it? Sharp questions make the protocol better.
Also happy to answer anything about the ZK architecture, the trust model, or the compliance
design.
