I built Nudge because I couldn't find anything that actually helped me start tasks — not manage them, just START them. As someone with ADHD, I know that frozen feeling all too well. Nudge uses AI to meet you where you are emotionally, break tasks into micro-steps, and give you a gentle push when your brain won't cooperate. One person built this. No team, no funding — just lived experience.
Hi everyone! My name is Amer — a person with ADHD who got tired of waiting for the right app and decided to build one, with the help of Leveraging AI. I would love honest feedback from anyone who's ever sat frozen knowing exactly what they need to do but just... can't start.
