NotionShare
Save anything from your Mac straight to Notion
NotionShare adds Notion to the native macOS Share menu. Save links, clean full articles, images, exported email files and contacts to the page or database you choose. Direct Save is free; Pro Forms remember destinations and map fields automatically.
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Hernán, the maker of NotionShare.
I built it because I was saving more than 20 articles a week and every capture interrupted what I was doing: copy the URL, switch to Notion, find the right database, paste, add properties, then return to the original app.
NotionShare puts that workflow in the native macOS Share menu. It can save a link or clean full article from Safari, an image or screenshot from Finder, Preview, or CleanShot X, and exported email or contact files. You choose which Notion pages and databases the connection can access.
Direct Save is free, including article extraction, search, duplicate detection, and two Quick Access destinations. Pro adds six destinations and reusable Save Forms that remember the destination and map extracted content into database properties.
The app is available now for Apple-silicon Macs on macOS 14 or later. It is signed and notarized by Apple.
I would especially value feedback on two questions:
1. Which Mac-to-Notion workflow would save you the most time?
2. Does the distinction between a quick Direct Save and a reusable Form feel clear?
I'll be here throughout the day answering questions. Thanks for taking a look.
