I've done a lot of innovation among Notion widget tools. There is a very important reason why I removed this quickly. I was sued for $10,000. And I objected. Because I believe I am innocent. But I need a lawyer to prove it and I don't have money for a lawyer. Because I'm a solo entrepreneur and I don't have a regular income. That's why I have to remove the project I've been developing for 5 months.
Right now I have to make 30 sales to pay the attorney fees. (Total $1000) I sold some with the Notion Plus Classic. (Notion Plus Classic was just a Notion template. I did it to attract customers. This Widget tool is a very different project.) I will cover the attorney fees with all of this money.
Of course, I cannot move forward with this strategy alone. Soon I will make Notion templates almost every day and sell them. Those templates may be priced lower, so they'll need to be sold more.
And of course there are affiliates. By the way, the first hearing of my case is on July 10. Need it urgently. The reason for the lawsuit is that I embed a video on YouTube to my website and then deleted it. It's been almost 2 years. They are suing for that non-embedded site. It says I'm posting without permission but I said it's allowed by leaving YouTube embeds open. They did not believe and sued. $10,000 was the settlement price. Interesting. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
