Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m the maker of NotifySense.
The Problem:
Like many of you, I was tired of my phone constantly buzzing with spam, promotional alerts, and useless housekeeping notifications. It felt impossible to maintain focus, but I didn't want to rely on cloud-based apps that read my personal data just to filter things out.
The Evolution:
I initially started building NotifySense just to block keywords locally. But as I worked on it and gathered feedback from early beta testers, the approach evolved. I realized people didn't just want a blocker; they wanted intelligent organization. Because of that feedback, I just finished building Custom Categories (allowing you to group specific apps into custom folders) and a Focus Mode whitelist (so you can block distractions but let VIP apps through).
