I built this after watching the same pattern play out across every job: work gets done, scope changes, everyone agrees verbally — and three weeks later nobody can prove notice went out in time. This calculator is free and does one thing: tells you exactly when your notice is due, based on your actual contract terms.
It's a small piece of something bigger I'm building — ScopeLedger, change order and notice deadline tracking for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection contractors. But this tool stands alone and costs nothing.
