Hey everyone, I'm Michael, the builder behind NoteLinker.
My team lived in Notion for meeting notes but our deals lived in HubSpot, and the two never talked. Every week someone was copy-pasting notes into contact records, or just not bothering, so the CRM was always a little out of date.
NoteLinker fixes that. You tick a "Sync to HubSpot" checkbox on a Notion note and it lands on the matching HubSpot contact's timeline automatically. No new workflow, no manual updates, no code.
It started as a script for my own team and grew into a proper HubSpot marketplace app. v1 is contacts-only and read-only into HubSpot, with open-in-Notion built in. Bidirectional editing is next on the roadmap.
