Hey everyone 👋 I built this because for a long time I felt like I only really lived half of my life. The other half? I was overwhelmed, irritated, unfocused, reacting to everything harder than I wanted to. And the worst part was — it felt random. It wasn’t. I tried journaling. It helped… but I never had the time or consistency to actually see patterns. Writing everything down takes effort, and life doesn’t slow down just because you want to “reflect”. So I started tracking things differently. Short moments, a few seconds. What I felt, what was happening, what might have triggered it and after some time, it clicked. The same situations kept coming back. The same patterns. The same days where everything felt heavier. This product came out of that. It’s not about writing more. It’s about finally seeing what’s going on. You can: -log a moment in seconds (no long journaling) -connect emotions with real-life context (interactions, pressure, energy, etc.) -spot repeating patterns over time -optionally track things alongside your cycle (lifechanger for all the women struggling with PMS & PMD, but not only!) For me, this changed a lot. I went from having ~2 really bad weeks every month to having just a few bad days that I actually understand and can handle better. Still a work in progress and still learning but finally - not random anymore. Would love to hear what you think 🙏
