We were inspired by how many small businesses already run their entire operation through WhatsApp, but still rely on memory, notes, and spreadsheets to keep track of clients, appointments, orders, and payments. We built Nomi to fit into that existing behavior instead of asking people to adopt another app. You simply forward conversations to Nomi on WhatsApp, and she turns them into organized, actionable information. We’re launching in Brazil first, where WhatsApp is already deeply embedded in how small businesses communicate with customers. Our goal is to make running a business feel as simple as sending a message.
