Nodea
Branch any AI reply. Explore ideas as a tree, not a thread.
Every AI chat forces one linear thread, so a single follow-up buries the path you actually wanted. Nodea moves the conversation onto a canvas. Each reply becomes a node, and you can fork from any node to explore a new direction while the original stays intact. Compare answers side by side, keep parallel branches alive, and see your thinking as a tree instead of an endless scroll. Runs on Claude Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus. Free to start, Early Access Pro is $8 a month (forever price).
Hey Product Hunt, I'm Elliott, the maker of Nodea.
I built this because linear AI chat kept failing me the same way every time. I'd get a great answer, ask one tangent, and suddenly the thread I actually cared about was gone. Copy-pasting into fresh chats to "branch" by hand got old fast.
Nodea treats the whole conversation as a canvas. Every reply is a node you can fork from, so you can chase a tangent, compare two approaches against each other, or jump back to any earlier point without losing your place or starting over. It runs on Claude Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus, and there's a free tier so you can try it without a card.
It's also open source (MIT) if you want to look under the hood or self-host: https://github.com/Elliott-Crosb...
I'd really value your honest feedback, especially on the canvas itself. Does branching match how you actually think through a problem, or does it get in the way? And what would make it click for you on the first try?

Who hunted Nodea?
Nodea was hunted by New User. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
