I built Plugbay after years of running WordPress sites for my own businesses and constantly hitting the same wall: needing custom plugins for things like client onboarding, inventory sync, or payment automations, but facing $5K+ dev quotes and endless revisions.
The problem? Non-technical US business owners (solopreneurs, SMBs) are stuck with generic plugins that don't fit their unique needs, or they pay big for custom work they can't maintain.
