Even if you speak regularly with friends or family, they may not know whether you are just busy, forgot to reply, or something is actually wrong. I wanted a simple way for someone I trust to be alerted if I miss a check-in.

You set check-ins on your own schedule. When it is time, you easily confirm you are safe directly from your phone notifications. If you miss the reminders, your trusted contacts automatically receive an SMS so they know to check on you.
When I looked for an app like this, I could not find one that worked the way I wanted. Many were too complicated, too expensive, or did not actually send direct SMS alerts in a simple check-in flow. I wanted something quick, calm, and practical.
