Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ash, and I made Nibbii.
I kept seeing the MacBook notch treated as a place for another menu or control panel, so I wanted to try the opposite and make it a tiny home.
That became Nibbii. You feed and play with a pixel pet, visit worlds that change with the time of day, and slowly grow together. With Pro it can roam onto your desktop, react to the music you're playing, feel the weather, and chat with you, remembering what you tell it. On a Mac without a notch it draws its own little perch.
The pricing:
• The base app is free to keep: one starter pet, two worlds, core care and play, and growth through Level 10. No card.
• Eligible new accounts get a 7-day Pro preview with no card. It ends on its own and never turns into a paid subscription.
• Lifetime Pro is $9.99 once. It unlocks Pro and includes 5,000 bonus AI Sparks.
• Monthly is $3.99 and is the AI-credits plan: Pro plus 30,000 AI Sparks every month. Cancel whenever you like.
• Sparks are what the optional hosted AI chat runs on. You can also bring your own key or use a supported local model.
• Your first Pro payment comes with a 14-day refund promise.
Pet state and memories stay on your Mac by default, cloud sync is optionally available.
I'd love to know which part you like most after trying!
