I wanted to build something that solves a problem I kept seeing with freelance workflows: everything gets scattered across different tools. Client details live in one place, projects in another, tasks somewhere else, and invoices become another thing to keep track of. I started building NexusForge as a way to bring those core pieces together in one workspace. It also became a project for me to learn by building a real product from the ground up—from authentication and databases to the dashboard, project management, and invoicing.
