Hi everyone! This is my very first product, so I'm a little nervous sharing it here 🙂
I built NextStep because I kept seeing capable people miss out on jobs — not because they weren't good enough, but because their resume didn't pass the filters, or English got in the way, or nobody ever told them what recruiters really think.
So I tried to build the helper I wish they'd had: one AI copilot for the whole job hunt. You speak your experience and it becomes a clean resume, three AI personas judge it honestly (including a brutally honest "Evil Recruiter"), it tailors you to a specific job, rehearses the interview, and even teaches the exact English you need for that role — in 5 languages.
