I built Never Too Late because I was always that person β rushing out the door, apologizing for being late, blaming traffic. But the real problem wasn't traffic. It was that no app told me WHEN TO LEAVE.
My calendar knew when the meeting was. Nobody calculated backwards: travel time + finding parking + walking to the door.
Never Too Late does exactly that β automatically. It reads your Google Calendar, monitors real-time traffic from where you actually are, and nudges you at the exact minute to go. Heavy traffic? It warns you earlier. Clear roads? You get a few extra minutes. Parking nearby? Factored in too.
