I was shocked to learn that I had friends who were lost in Nepal.
At the same time, I know there are a lot of incredibly talented people in Nepal already working on these problems — engineers, scientists, responders, drone teams, researchers and organizations who understand the situation far better than I ever could. There are plenty of talented people already in Nepal building solutions. However, the urgency is far too important and there is too little resources to go around.
What I do know is that I have friends and peers around the world who can help them.
There are engineers, designers, public health experts, researchers, founders, companies and others with useful skills, technology, data, infrastructure and resources who would genuinely like to contribute if there were an easy way to connect them with the people already doing the work.
