Nentropy

The to-do app that knows your life, not just your list

Nentropy helps you prioritize, analyze, and execute tasks with personal context. Most to-do apps just store tasks. Nentropy asks about your life once - your kids, your work, your goals - then ranks every task against it and tells you what to do next, with its reasoning. The unpleasant thing with a deadline wins. Free while it's early.

Hi Product Hunt Every to-do app I have used is excellent at remembering things and useless at the one question that actually matters in the morning: out of these 23 open items, which one should I do now? They cannot answer it, because they know nothing about me. So Nentropy starts somewhere else. You write one paragraph about your life, once. Something like: freelance developer, two kids aged 6 and 9, my partner works shifts, I can only concentrate after 8pm, money is tight right now. Everything is then weighed against that paragraph, and it tells you why. This is a real ranking example: 98 — Send the €4,200 invoice to client Meyer "brings in €4,200 immediately and eases the acute cash flow problem" 92 — Finish the 2025 tax return "due in five days, filing late can cause penalties" 75 — Write new copy for my product's landing page "supports the shift towards your own product and long-term income" 60 — Book a swimming course for the kids "improves childcare and makes your evening focus time easier to plan" 35 — Make a dentist appointment "matters for your health, but there is no acute deadline" What I would genuinely like to know: - Does the ranking match your gut, or does it get your list wrong? - Is one paragraph enough context, or did you want to tell it more?
