Hey folks! So, after diving into Discord and Slack, I found myself totally hooked on their emoji setup. Seriously, it just clicked with my workflow. But, trying to use other emoji pickers, like the one native to Windows, was a Major distraction.
So, I thought, why not create an extension that works just like I'm used to, but anywhere on the web? And voilร , NeatEmoji was born!
With NeatEmoji you can just type :smile: and get ๐ Anywhere!
While, you can also use its emoji picker as well to copy any emoji you may need.
What's the secret sauce? Well, it's got some slick AI features that make emoji hunting a breeze. No more endless scrolling to find that perfect emoji ๐ .
I'm stoked to share the next version will include keybindings, the ability to ignore specific sites, and even ignore certain inputs.
