I'm sure many of you have experienced the friction... editing PDFs or Word docs, sending files back and forth, dealing with vague legal language, chasing signatures, and then trying to keep track of what was signed and when. NDA Jam makes it simple to create, send, sign and store NDAs entirely from your browser. It’s completely free and intentionally simple, with a standard NDA that anyone can use. It may not suit every situation, but for startups, freelancers, small businesses and makers, it should make a common legal step much quicker and easier. I’d love your feedback.
