Navisca

Live job-market data for VFX, games & animation artists

Live hiring data across VFX, games, animation, motion and tech art - who's hiring, what they pay, which skills and AI tools they ask for, and how demand shifts week to week. From real job postings, not opinion. Unlike job boards, Navisca isn't for applying - it's market intelligence: salary bands per country (never blended into fake global averages), AI adoption measured from actual job requirements, and a live page for every studio, role and skill. Updates every Monday. Free.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm a VFX artist (Houdini, mostly). For the past couple of years my feed has been full of "VFX is dying", "AI will replace artists", "nobody is hiring" - all opinions, zero data. So I built Navisca to actually check. Every week it collects thousands of live job postings directly from VFX, game and animation studios (DNEG, Weta, Riot, Ubisoft and ~200 more), parses them, and turns them into an honest picture of the market: • who is hiring RIGHT NOW - by studio, country and city • which skills and software studios actually ask for • real salary bands, per country (no misleading global averages) • how much AI has genuinely entered job requirements - measured, not guessed Everything updates automatically every Monday. It's free and there are no ads - I built it because I wanted it to exist. I'd love feedback from anyone in VFX, games or animation - and from data people: what would you want to see next?
