Visual DB designer for most popular databases.
Navicat Data Modeler is probably the best, most straight forward DB designer? I want there to be F/OSS equiv that's as good, but I've yet to find it. This is my staple for starting new projects and creating schemas quickly (I know they should live in migrations, but this is quick and easy)
