I live in an apartment building, which means I live inside a paperwork machine that runs on reply-all emails and a noticeboard nobody has read since 2019. Australian buildings pay serious money for “communication platforms” that mostly forward emails. That’s the whole trick. So I built NaloHub - a resident portal committees can buy themselves, one flat fee per building, everything included, no “contact sales” roulette, no enterprise onboarding for what is, ultimately, an apartment block. The people running these buildings are unpaid volunteers doing a genuinely hard job with tools from 2009. They deserved better, and nobody was building it for them, so I did.
