I built MyTube Newsletter because I'd been manually copying transcripts into ChatGPT for months. Felt absurd not to automate it on a schedule.
The product is simple: connect your YouTube subscriptions (a quick browser script), pick a delivery time (5am or 8pm ET), and get a daily inbox digest with AI summaries of every new video your subs uploaded. Each summary leads with the takeaway so you can skim in 5 minutes.

This is my first finished side project of the year — I have a backlog of half-built repos and committed this time to taking one all the way through monetization and marketing. Already fell into the "it works for me, so it's done" trap once and procrastinated on telling anyone for a full month. Posting here to recover.
