MyKinRecord
Family medical records, organized for your next visit
Organize medical records for parents, children, and yourself. Review extracted Chinese and English text against the originals, keep records by family member, and prepare appointment notes. Try the fictional-data demo before uploading anything.
Hi Product Hunt — I’m the maker of MyKinRecord, a family medical record organizer also called Carefolio in the app.
The problem I’m working on is straightforward: a family’s reports, visit notes and medication information can end up spread across paper folders, phone photos and messages. Finding the right document before an appointment becomes a task of its own.
MyKinRecord gives parents, children, partners and other loved ones separate profiles. You can:
- Upload records and check extracted details against the original source.
- Find documents by person, date, type and review status.
- Choose which family members can view or help organize a profile.
- Prepare a printable appointment brief with reviewed records and your own questions.
- Keep batch-upload results and visit-preparation drafts when you return later.
The interface supports English and Chinese. Local text extraction is the default; optional AI text organization requires separate consent. It organizes information and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice.
You can explore the public interactive demo without uploading personal medical information. All demo records are fictional, and the demo’s extraction and sharing flows are simulated. The live app is separate from that walkthrough.
There is a free plan for 2 profiles, 10 documents and 20 MB. Family subscriptions are US$7.99/month or US$79/year, with the full allowances and renewal details on the pricing page.
I’d love feedback on two things: is reviewing a record against its source clear, and what information would you most want in a one-page appointment brief? Please keep examples general and avoid sharing personal medical details here.

MyKinRecord was hunted by 伽角马. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
