MyKalen

Free Calendly alternative with an AI secretary coming

MyKalen is free scheduling software. Share one link, sync Google Calendar and Outlook, and let people book the right time, in their own timezone, with Meet or Teams links generated automatically. What makes it different: the scheduling core is free forever, no per-seat pricing. And it's becoming more than a booking tool. An AI secretary is coming that books for you, talks to your visitors, preps you for every meeting, and takes the notes. Built for consultants, coaches, and small teams.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Pirouz. I build and deliver enterprise software for a living, and like a lot of people here I was quietly paying every month for a scheduling link. It worked, but the per-seat pricing always annoyed me for what is, at its core, a simple thing: let people book a time that works. So I built MyKalen. The scheduling core is free, and it stays free. One link, real two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook, timezone-aware slots, Meet and Teams links generated automatically. But the part I'm most excited about is what's coming next. I don't want MyKalen to be another booking tool. I'm building an AI secretary into it: something that books for you, talks to your visitors on your page and sorts out the details, preps you before each meeting, takes the notes during the call, and manages your week when you tell it things like "I'm working from home this week, no in-person meetings." The calendar stays free. The secretary is the part you'll pay for, and I want it to be genuinely worth it. It's early. The web app is live today, native iOS and Android are a few weeks out. I'd love your honest feedback, especially on the AI direction. What would actually save you time? What would you want your secretary to handle? Thanks for taking a look.
