Hey Product Hunt! I’m Ben, the founder of MyGuestWork. I started building this because seating plans are one of those parts of an event that seem simple until they are not. Guests change their RSVP, someone needs to move tables, a couple of names are spelled wrong, or the final seating chart gets printed and then immediately needs another update. I kept thinking there had to be a simpler way than printing a static chart and hoping nothing changed. So MyGuestWork lets guests scan a QR code and find their table from their phone. The host can still make changes right up to the event, and the guest-facing page updates automatically. Over time, I’ve added things like custom event pages, branded links, QR code customisation, printable QR templates and guest photo uploads, but the original goal is still the same: make the day feel a little less stressful for the people running it. I’d genuinely love any feedback, especially from anyone who has planned a wedding, party, corporate event or worked in events.
