I love the community aspect of Crossfit and when I visited Crossfit gyms in the UK, Australia, Singapore, Italy, America and other locations, I got to do some pretty unique workouts with the communities in those locations π
Great I know, but it made me realise that unless you visit a specific gym in a specific country you never get to experience the crazy workouts people are doing! Until now π
