My Body's BFF: Cycle Patterns
Finally see the patterns in your cycle, mood and body.
Cycle and mood tracker app for women. Track your hormones, mood, energy, sleep and PMS symptoms across your cycle. See why some weeks feel heavier than others. Free on iOS and Android.
I wanted a cycle app that actually knows me. Not one that hands everyone the same four-phase script.
So I built one that learns from what you log and tells you things about your body specifically. The longer you use it, the sharper it gets about your own rhythm.
So My Body's BFF starts from the science of the four phases then watches what you log and surfaces the pattern that's actually yours. Not "women get moody before their period," but "you sleep worse on day 22, and it hits your mood two days later."
A few things I'm proud of:
🔍 It finds patterns, not just predictions 🧠 Real psychological tools, not just tracking. ACT-based practices (defusion, acceptance, values work) matched to each phase of your cycle. Built with a psychologist, and I keep expanding them.
🔍 Pattern detection that learns you. It surfaces the connections in your own data (sleep, mood, energy) and gets sharper the more you log
It's free, live on iOS and Android.
I'd genuinely love your feedback especially on the problem I care most about right now: what's the one thing that would make you actually open a tracking app on day 6, not just day 1?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
