I built this realtime social/chat platform from my Chromebook because I loved the community concept of Discord, but always felt like modern chat apps became bloated, overcomplicated, and locked too many fun features behind subscriptions.
This project focuses on:
* fast realtime chat
* customizable community spaces
* lightweight design
* fun/social energy without heavy paywalls
* an experience that feels personal instead of corporate
What started as a small side project somehow turned into real people actively hanging out in it!
