Recently I have been struggling with my gut health. I was having trouble eating and constantly have been feeling sick or getting acid reflux for certain foods. I decided to build this app in order to help me when shopping so that I do not need to google each ingredient to check if it is suitable for me to consume. I thought that I could share this with other in case it would help them.
