Hey Product Hunt! π Kethan here, the developer behind MedReg.
I built this after seeing how painful CT/MRI registration
is for researchers β most tools require expensive licenses
or hours of setup just to align two scans.
MedReg runs entirely in your browser. Upload your DICOM
files, wait ~3 minutes, download your aligned NIfTI volumes
with metrics and previews. That's it.
A few things I'm proud of:

π Automatically computes NMI, Edge Dice, NCC, MAD β
metrics you'd normally calculate manually
πΌοΈ Generates checkerboard + edge overlay previews so you
can visually verify alignment quality instantly
